SQEP Certification Since 2008, Parma Tube Corporation has held SQEP Supplier Certification from Caterpillar, Inc. The SQEP (Supplier Quality Excellence Process) program places emphasis on meeting monthly performance targets such as PPM defects, on-time delivery percent, and percent dollars rejected. Certified suppliers must report monthly performance and pass an annual re-certification audit to maintain the certification. Parma Tube Corporation was the first tube fabricator that Caterpillar certified to SQEP.
